Mel really loves lilies, so when she found the ones on her kitchen table with some high quality natural morning light to bring out their jewel-like tones, how could one expect her to do anything but breathe deep of their lovely fragrance and break out the camera?

We met today with Jeffrey Levine of Los Angeles, California on his Coaching Across America tour, and came away with some homework! Many thanks to Jeffrey for sharing his time and the great ideas he had about how we can better serve our own awesome clients.

We recently received a call from Erika’s mom, who asked us to come to her high school and do some year-end senior portraits for Erika. Having worked with both the school and its drumline students before, we were thrilled to go back and try out some different techniques – including the fun composite of Erika with each of the instruments she played over her four-year high school drumline career!

For their engagement shoot, Natalie and Joe wanted something as fun as they are, so we spent a couple of hours following them with our cameras as they enjoyed the Columbus Zoo. These are definitely some of our favorites of all our engagement shoots, so we can hardly wait for their wedding day…

Our friend and long-time client Devon Palmer, a talented local wood turner invited us over to his studio to try our hands at turning a couple of pens. Check out this one that Mel made and gave her dad for Father’s Day!
Our friend and talented wood turner Devon Palmer needed some new photos for some upcoming art show submissions. Check out his latest piece…

A member of the Columbus Children’s Theatre touring company, Kate came in for some updated headshots. Check out a few of our favorites…
Local Columbus Children’s Theatre director Ryan Scarlata came in for some updated headshots. We definitely think we caught his best side.
We were recently asked to come do some real estate photos to assist with the sale of this Westerville, Ohio home. It was our first time doing something like this, but something we’d definitely be willing to do again!

Update: Can you believe it? This house was in contract within 10 days of our photos being added to the MLS listing!
