This friend of ours needed a little pick-me-up, so we invited her in to the studio for a reminder of how awesome she really is.  She was a little nervous, not knowing exactly what to expect, but by the end of the shoot, she was totally relaxed, comfortable, and playful in front of the camera (It’s amazing what a little Justin Timberlake on the iPod can do!).  There were lots of laughs this day, and the photos turned out pretty smokin’, if we do say so ourselves!

We knew we were going to be shooting a lot of low light work at an upcoming wedding, and wanted to experiment a little.  Rather than work in the studio with our flashes set to low, we decided to do something fun and creative, and shoot 100% by candle light at a local park.  We found some friends of a friend, newlyweds, who were more than happy to come out and try some romantic poses in the soft candle light.  This is a great example of the type of photos we do for our other brand, Amaryllis Studios.  They would also serve for beautiful and unique engagement photos.
