KeyBridge

We were asked to drive up to Lima, Ohio to get some standard headshots as well as fun office candid shots for KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management’s website. Despite the long drive, it was a great day and we hope to meet up with these folks again!

Baby Hannah

Mom, Dad, and all three big sisters had us come to their home with our mini-studio to get some photos of them with Baby Hannah just weeks before her delivery. This family was just beautiful, and we can hardly wait to meet little Hannah ourselves. Here were some of our favorites from the shoot…

Brent & Lindsay’s Wedding – Reception Studio Portraits

What can we say but that this group was a blast? As usual when we set up our mini-studio, we were having such a good time that we were the last ones out of the building. And the guests were having so much fun taking both serious and funny keepsake portraits that they even invited us into a few of them!  Want to see more? Check out their full gallery of pics from the mini-studio.

Here’s what the best man had to say the day after the wedding:

I wanted to again thank you for your work this weekend.  I cannot imagine ever finding a photography company that is as customer-oriented as you are.  Throughout the day, I was wondering when the photographers were going to get mad or say something as people stepped in to take pictures of the poses you set up.  I was constantly wondering if the two of you were frustrated as we talked through everything you did, as we were so excited for the couple.  You never showed any hint of frustration and you allowed us to shoot some of our own memories as well.  I checked out your website, your business model is absolutely awesome.  I wish you the best and if I ever find a woman crazy enough to marry me, I’ll have you both out to the Northwest for a weekend.  Thanks again.  I’m sure Brent and Lindsay will be absolutely satisfied when they get their pics.  If you ever have a customer “Brag Page” on your website, please let me know.

Opera Columbus Season Guide & Playbills

We had the pleasure of pulling together a really fun shoot for Opera Columbus for use in their 2009 / 2010 Season Guides and Grand Opera Playbills (They’re doing Pagliacci, a Mario Lanza tribute concert, and Romeo & Juliet).  The theme this year is “Underneath It All Everyone’s An Opera Lover” featuring masks in each of the photos.  The Season Guides were put together by LondyLawrence, and came out fantastic.  We are so proud to have been involved in this project, and while we can’t share the entire season guide, here were some of our favorite pics from the shoot.

Pride Mini Studio

We were asked by Stonewall Columbus to set up our mini studio at the Columbus Pride 2009 Freedom festival. It was sunny, hot and loads of fun for our Pretty, Witty, and Gay GroovyDoodle staffers.  We took and printed on-the-spot about 150 pics for our fabulous customers.  Take a look…

Chick-fil-A – Kids’ Block Party

As regulars at our local Chick-fil-A, where the kids meal deals are great and the play area is pristine, we were recently asked to set up our mini-studio on site for a Friday night block party. Any time we break out the prop box, you know a good time is in store! Check out these cool kids…

Agora6

We spent this past Saturday down at Junction View Studios for Agora6 showing off some of our friends’ work like Five Crowns re-purposed computer jewelry and some of Harp Art Brokerage’s current collection. We also were working our mini on-site print studio both during the day and during the dance party that night! We had the chance to try some fun light painting to make the background for every image absolutely unique and gave a little creative spin to your average “photo booth” experience.

Here were some of our favorites, as well as a link to the full gallery.

KidzArtz Show

We were down at Junctionview Studios today sponsoring their annual KidzArtz show. We bought some props and set up the mini-studio where we printed pics on-site for anyone who wanted to step in front of the camera. It was a fun and colorful day, to say the least. Say “Cheeeeeese!”

Check out some of our favorites…

I heART

We spent Valentine’s Day down at Junction View Studios working our mini onsite print studio for their themed art show I heART: Sweet. Hot. And Bitter. Aside from the standard couples shots, several of the artists brought in their objects of affection – anything from chainsaws to cookies!

We had a really great time, and are looking forward to the big Agora show in May.  In the meantime, here were some of our favorites, as well as a link to the gallery.

Dave & Kristi’s Wedding – Reception Studio Portraits

As with the Decker wedding, we set up a studio just outside the main reception area and took pics of guests as they were enjoying the reception – serious or funny, it was totally up to the guests.  Anything taken in the studio was printed on-sight and given to the subjects at no charge as a memento.  Here are a few of our favorites…
